WE ARE TARGET LOGISTICS.
The government-serving arm of Target Hospitality, the largest
U.S. provider of accommodations, culinary, and wrap-around services.
What We Do
Target Logistics builds, owns, and operates turnkey accommodations facilities, including a comprehensive set of wrap-around services, for government operations.
We specialize in turnkey housing, holding and detention solutions, base camp operations, and critical support services tailored to meet the needs of DHS, DoD, HHS, and other federal, state, and local government agencies. Our fully integrated and scalable solutions ensure uninterrupted performance, logistical precision, and full regulatory compliance.
Our Experience
Target Logistics has served federal, state, and local governments in a variety of diverse missions since its founding in 1979, from providing housing and logistical support during the Olympic Games to providing housing, culinary services, and other support to troops during Operation Desert Storm.
Since 2015, Target Logistics has assisted the U.S. Government in its mission to combat illegal immigration. The company and its key partners have provided housing and a complete set of wrap-around services at two Target Hospitality-owned facilities. Each facility was the first of its kind when built and now sets the standard in design, quality, safety, security, and operational excellence.
- The Dilley Immigration Processing Center (formerly the South Texas Family Residential Center), located in South Texas, can house and serve over 2,400 individuals.
- The Pecos ICF, located in West Texas, can accommodate up to 3,076 children.
Both facilities utilize temporary, hard-sided modular buildings to capitalize on the safety, security, and efficiency features they provide.
Dilley Immigration Processing Center (DIPC)
DIPC was explicitly constructed within the framework of ICE’s exacting civil detention standards, with specificattention paid to meet the needs of alien family groups. As a new facility built entirely to USG specifications, it represents a significant milestone in the agency’s long-term effort to reform the immigration detention system. ICE maintains a contract with CoreCivic (Prime) and Target Hospitality (Sub-Contractor) to provide the facility’s day-to-day operations. Furthermore, the facility complies with all DHS and immigration standards outlined in the FRS guidelines and undergoes monthly and biannual inspections.

The Pecos Influx Care Facility (PECOS ICF)
PECOS ICF was built to the exacting standards of the Department of Health and Human Services to house and provide services to unaccompanied children (UCs). The facility offers 3,076 detention beds, as well as 765,394 sqft of hard-sided residential, administrative, medical, educational, dining hall, facility support, and indoor and outdoor recreation space. The facility has the full support of the City of Pecos and is operationally ready for a fast-track reactivation.

Our Solutions
Our diverse product offering provides the ultimate in flexibility. Every facility is purpose-built to the exacting standards of our customers – flexibility is paramount, and there is no one-size-fits-all. Our building solutions bridge the gap between soft-sided and brick-and-mortar construction. They offer compliance and enhanced officer safety attributes that are lacking in temporary soft-sided structures and can reach full operational capability in far less time than traditional brick-and-mortar construction, while maintaining cost-effective attributes.
Modular Structures
Our modular buildings are designed for speed, adaptability, and longevity. The durable units can be quickly deployed, easily relocated, and scaled up or down as needs evolve. These structures offer safe and secure environments, with the added advantage of rapid reconfiguration, making them ideal for temporary housing, surge capacity, mobile operations, or transitional workspaces. Sustainable materials and streamlined construction also help reduce environmental impact and accelerate deployment timelines.
